Take Care of My Little Girl!

Tomorrow brings the greatest gift our species can possibly know (at least in my immediate family) … Perpetuation! A New Generation!! My Grandson!!!

This “simple gift” we call “child-birth”, can’t be diminished by the masses, is only truly experienced by immediate family and, yet, IS enhanced and, at least “influenced” by … everyone else?!?!?!

Certainly; It’s a matter of perspective!

I don’t think SO! I think one universal is … “That’s My Little-Girl” … xxxx….

You fill-in the number of times the “X” ‘means something’!

Don’t diminish “her” glory because, I’m unable to extol “her” virtues. But, that’s my “little-girl”. She’s getting another lesson from H.K.U. (Hard Knocks University). “I hope I prepared her for this challenge”.

Ultimately, it’s not tough for Uncles and Aunts to `miss` a “new” family member’s “Grand Appearance”. Grand-children arriving seems to be a little different tune!

As a “Dad”, I care little about everything-else! I just want my daughter to be happy and “treated-like-a-princess”. Most importantly, be healthy and safe! For the rest of her life!!!
