Anyone else growing weary of hearing Dick Cheney? Rush Limbaugh getting old? If not, I’ll count you as a Die-Hard Republican.
I’m not trying to insinuate that Barack Obama is right, wrong or otherwise. What I will say is; I’m tired of hearing the Republican rhetoric. I used to be one once. I had to drop my affiliation with your silly asses.
Seems to me just a few short years ago, the Republican Bush administration chastized people that disagreed with them as “not patriotic”. Well the tables have turned. The American people spoke on election day. We no longer want to hear the non-sense espoused from the Republicans. We might start questioning their patriotism if we have to keep hearing from the party of “No”!
The Republican party needs to return to their core values. I thought Republicans were conservative. Less government and fiscal responsibility. I still hear a good talk about less government. But, I just don’t see a connection with fiscal responsibility. And, conservative apparently means religious orientation.
When the party gets this right, I’ll reconsider my position. Until then, I for one, would appreciate it if the ex-administration would sit-down and shut-up. You had your turn and the people of the USA told you so much during the last election. Keep up the grousing without constructive solutions and I suspect you’ll alienate even more people. Heck my wife’s even thinking of changing her party affiliation because of all the negative email. I can’t blame her one bit.
